Emory Law Alumni Awards
The Emory Law Alumni Awards will recognize outstanding alumni who have achieved distinction in legal practice, teaching, research, or public administration and have demonstrated distinguished service to Emory Law.
Jumu’ah Prayer and Communal Reception
Friday, October 24, 1:55 p.m., Cannon Chapel
Muslim Friday prayers will be held in the Cannon Chapel sanctuary. This is a highlight of the week for many in the Emory Muslim community. It will be followed by a communal reception with over conversation and refreshments in Brooks Common.

Undergraduate Admission: Young Alumni Panel, Admission & Financial Aid Overview, and Campus Tour
Do you have a high school student who is starting their college admissions journey? Join us and hear from young alumni who will share their experiences and how Emory provided them with the necessary tools to be successful in their personal and professional lives. The panel will be followed by an Admission & Financial Aid overview and a tour of our beautiful campus.
Emory Homecoming Game
Come out for a fun evening of food, drinks, giveaways, and Soccer at our annual Homecoming Game. Starting at 4 pm we have a tailgate with food, and drinks and a Pep Band performance followed by our Soccer teams taking on Chicago at 5 pm. We will giveaway homecoming scarves, vuvuzela horns and we will have several giftcard raffles during the game. Also, feel free to purchase your favorite Emory merchandise onsite. Entry to this event is FREE! We can wait to see you there! Go Eagles!!!
Hindu Aarti and Communal Reception

Emory Hindu Life and the Hindu Students Association warmly invites alumni and families to join us for weekly Aarti. Aarti is a form of worship in which a lamp is circled around a deity while singing prayers of veneration. Join us for an evening of prayer, community, conversation, and chai. Communal reception to follow.

SON Community Homecoming Gathering
Come join the School of Nursing community on the lawn between SON and Rollins for a pre-Homecoming party. We will have hors d'oeuvres and drinks, plus music and some remarks from Dean McCauley. Once the party dies down, we will walk over to the Alumni Reunions and Kickoff Party and join the rest of the Emory community to celebrate Homecoming!

This year, we're excited to feature Insistent Presence—a powerful special exhibition a year in the making, curated by Emory alumna and current doctoral student Margaret Nagawa. Margaret will lead a small guided tour during a portion of the event—let us know when you RSVP if you’d like to join. Even if you don’t attend the tour, the exhibition will be open for self-guided viewing throughout the brunch. The museum’s standing African Gallery, also located on the third floor, will be available for exploration as well. Come for the community, stay for the culture. Kappa Alpha Order Open House and Brunch
The Epsilon chapter of Kappa Alpha Order invites active and alumni brothers, their parents and guests to an open house and brunch at the KA mansion located at 14 Eagle Row. Just before the parade kicks off, we'll gather on the front porch for a photo and then we'll cheer on the parade participants as they head up Eagle Row.
Planetarium Tours
The planetarium, one of the key features of Emory's Mathematics and Science Center, is a 56-seat classroom space designed for teaching undergraduate astronomy and hosting events and seasonal programs that explore and celebrate the cosmos.
When the house lights go down, it's a place to sit back in comfortable chairs, relax, gaze up and imagine that the 35-foot domed ceiling above really is filled with countless stars as it appears to be. In collaboration with the Department of Physics, we invite you to enjoy a free, 20-minute Planetarium show!
Shows will take place at 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 a.m. Please register for the show you'd like to attend and plan to arrive at least ten minutes prior to show time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Buddhist Meditation and Dharma Practice

Emory University Homecoming Parade
Come out and watch the Homecoming Parade as student organizations, residence halls, sports teams, and Greek life members walk through campus with their decorated floats. Enjoy cheering on the students, listening to marching bands, and much more!
At the Carlos Museum: Special Exhibitions, Docents, and Art-Making Activities
Visit the Michael C. Carlos Museum during Homecoming to experience the permanent collection, temporary installations, and two special exhibitions. Special exhibitions include Continuum, exploring the concept of Indigenous futurisms with works by Johnnie Diacon and Hotvlkvce Harjo, and Insistent Presence: Contemporary African Art from the Chazen Collection.
On Saturday, docents will be in the galleries to answer your questions and offer information from 12 to 2 pm and look for the museum tent in the affinity village during the Homecoming festival for art-making activities for all ages. Visit carlos.emory.edu for more information about the museum.

Experience an afternoon of eclectic live music, amazing food, nostalgia, and family fun on campus. Indulge in opportunities to purchase additional sumptuous food from top local food trucks, while you spend an afternoon of fun in the sun with fellow alumni, students, faculty, staff, and family members (free kids activities, too!).
Goizueta BBA 20th and 25th Reunion Celebration
Goizueta Business School is celebrating the BBA Classes of 2000 and 2005 for their 20th and 25th reunion! Join Andrea Hershatter, Libby Egnor, and others from the school for a special evening of re-connecting over light bites and cocktails.

The ticket cost includes open bar for two hours (premium beer/wine, seltzers, and soda), unlimited heavy appetizers for the first two hours (flatbreads, tacos, sliders, etc.), and 3 hours of unlimited games. Flight Club is 21+ club all day on Saturdays.
