Host Bio: Harriet currently serves as an assistant dean for Full-Time MBA Program Office at Goizueta Business School. In addition to serving on university committees for the Business School, she manages orientation and programming for international degree seeking MBA students and visiting MBA exchange students; coordinates MBA exchange opportunities, short term and semester exchanges. Additionally, Harriet advises students on academic requirements. When she is not traveling, Harriet enjoys her two dogs, cooking for family and friends, and volunteering with her Girl Scout troop.

Linh (also known as Lynn) Le, graduated from Emory University in 2022. Linh’s family immigrated from Vietnam to the Dallas, Texas in 2010. After graduating from Emory, Linh currently works at Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta. Fun fact: Linh was a former member of Emory Gymnastics team.

Dr. Grant Lynde is an obstetric anesthesiologist and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in clinical leadership and quality improvement within diverse healthcare settings. Most recently serving as the Chief Medical Officer for the Anesthesia Service Line at Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN, Dr. Lynde had oversight of clinical production, quality initiatives, and compliance across more than 182 hospitals in the U.S. and the U.K.

Before this role, Grant served at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he held various leadership positions, including Vice-Chair of Quality and Director of OB Anesthesiology at Grady Memorial Hospital. In this capacity, he significantly enhanced perioperative services, optimized clinical operations, and drove substantial cost savings and compliance improvements.  Grant served on Georgia’s Maternal Mortality Review Commission from its inception in 2012 until 2023. 

Grant served as past Treasurer of the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology (SOAP) from 2019-2022.  He also serves the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) as their representative to The Joint Commission.  He has served as the Section Chair for Professional Standards and as the Chair for the Committee on Quality Management and Departmental Administration.  Grant is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society of Quality and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
