Homecoming Weekend is your opportunity to experience the heart and soul of Emory. We are thrilled to welcome home our Golden Alumni—those who graduated 50 or more years ago—for a memorable weekend back on campus this fall! Reconnect with lifelong friends, explore a transforming campus, and share the tradition with your family.
A Special Welcome to the Class of 1976, our newest Golden Alumni! Be sure to join us as we celebrate your milestone 50th anniversary.
Highlight Events for Our Golden Alumni:
- Golden Alumni Brunch (Thursday midday): Celebrate Society of Corpus Cordis Aureum (SCCA) traditions at the annual Golden Alumni Brunch. Enjoy lunch with fellow alumni, hear from Emory leadership, and honor our community during the Medallion Ceremony (open to all past and present inductees who need their medallion). The program will also feature the presentation of the Jakes Golden Heart Award, honoring Judson “Jake” Ward 33C 36G.
- Alumni Reunions and Kickoff Party (Friday Night): All alumni are invited back to campus for an epic celebration featuring live entertainment, an open bar, and a dedicated space to reminisce with fellow Golden Alumni. ATTENTION EMORY UNDERGRAD CLASS OF 1976 (College, Business and Nursing) - you will enjoy a private gathering in the Carlos Museum, which will include a 50-Year Medallion Presentation. You are then invited to join the larger Alumni Kick-Off event directly on the Quadrangle.
- The Food and Music Festival (Saturday): Take in the Homecoming parade, enjoy live music performances, and explore campus tours, exhibits, and athletic events. Dedicated areas, free food, drinks, and Emory swag will be provided while supplies last.
